About Evan Garcia
Trial Attorney.
Plaintiff-Side.
Born in the Rio Grande Valley. Raised in Houston. California tried.
Evan has been building a trial practice for more than a decade.

The Short Version
A Reputation Built on Courtroom Performance
Evan Garcia is a plaintiff-side trial lawyer. He represents individuals and families in high-stakes trucking litigation, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and mass casualty cases — and he prepares every one of them for a courtroom, whether or not it ends up in one.
He was born in the Rio Grande Valley and raised in Houston, where he completed high school. Texas is where he started, and it is still part of the practice — he is admitted there and belongs to both the Houston and Texas trial lawyer associations.
As lead trial counsel, Evan has secured over $86 million in verdicts and settlements for injured clients, including recent jury verdicts of $5.47 million in San Joaquin County for orthopedic injuries in a disputed liability case, $3.09 million in Los Angeles County for a cervical disc replacement, $2.64 million in Contra Costa County for a two-level decompression surgery, and $1.37 million in Los Angeles County for a lumbar decompression surgery.
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Every case is different.
He appears pro hac vice in significant trucking and mass casualty cases across the country, and speaks nationally on artificial intelligence in litigation, trucking cases, and the relationship between chronic pain and depression.
When you hire Evan Garcia Law, you are hiring a trial lawyer — not a settlement mill.

Away From The Courthouse
The Rest of It
Evan's interests run from sports to chess to coaching his kids' teams. Ask him what pairs better with a Shiner Bock — brisket or short ribs — preferably on the golf course. But above all of it, he spends his time with his wife and their three children.
